Pedro Rentas as AVP, Branch Service Officer in Lawrence. Pedro brings a wealth of experience across banking, finance, and leadership roles, having previously served as a Relationship Banker, Relationship Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Leader, and Branch Manager. He graduated of Northern Essex Community College, where he completed his business degree with honors and served as Student Government President. Born in San Pedro de Macorís and raised in Higüey, Dominican Republic, Rentas now resides in Haverhill, MA with his husband, Jesse, his father, their Siberian Husky, and 15 fish. He is the youngest of six siblings and credits his strong sense of family and values to the tight-knit community that raised him.

Jose Cruz is Senior Vice President, Commercial Team Leader. Jose specializes in CRE (commercial real estate), C&I (business) loans, and numerous bank products, including cash management and deposit accounts. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking fields. He is involved with various community organizations and boards, including The Professional Center for Child Development in Andover, the NECC Foundation Board at Northern Essex Community College, a member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer with the Town of Salem, NH Ski Club. Jose is also a member of the ABA Commercial Real Estate Lending Committee.

Jose holds a BA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. He has also obtained a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a leadership certificate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In his free time, Jose enjoys golfing, skiing, coaching girls' volleyball, and spending time with his family.

Jessica Glezellis is Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. Jessica came to RCB from Direct Federal Credit Union, where she served as their Business Development Officer. Jessica has 15 years of experience working in the financial industry in various areas including retail, marketing, and business development. Jessica graduated from UMass Boston with a BS in Marketing and Business Management. In 2022, Jessica became a member of the Reading Rotary. Jessica resides in Stoneham with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
