Maria Laboy is Assistant Vice President and the Branch Service Officer in Lawrence. Maria came to RCB from Peoples United Bank, where she served as a Branch Manager. Prior to her time at People’s United, Maria was a Branch Manager at Santander Bank. Maria holds a certificate in Managing Human Resources from NECC and is currently a member of the Lawrence Rotary Club and Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. Jose Cruz is Senior Vice President, Commercial Team Leader. Jose specializes in CRE (commercial real estate), C&I (business) loans, and numerous bank products, including cash management and deposit accounts. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking fields. He is involved with various community organizations and boards, including The Professional Center for Child Development in Andover, the NECC Foundation Board at Northern Essex Community College, a member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce, and a volunteer with the Town of Salem, NH Ski Club. Jose is also a member of the ABA Commercial Real Estate Lending Committee.

Gladys Martinez is Vice President, Community Banking & Development Officer. She has been in Banking for 30 years, having worked in the industry since high school. Gladys is bilingual and has spent much of her professional career serving communities that are largely Hispanic. Gladys, herself, is of Hispanic descent and speaks Spanish at home to communicate with her parents. In her spare time, Gladys loves gardening and spinning. She Lives in Haverhill with her husband, Jose, and three kids, Nicholas, Mathieu and Destiny.
