Customers using Quicken, QuickBooks or Mint should follow the instructions in the documents provided below. Please take note of the dates indicated to ensure the smooth transition of your data. Follow the instructions exactly as presented so that your service continues to function properly.
How do you connect?
Express Web Connect - EWC is a one-way connection. Automatically download transactions from the bank. Quicken cannot affect your transactions in any way.
Direct Connect - DC is a two-way connection. Pay bills and transfer money directly from Quicken and automatically download transactions from the bank.
Web Connect - WC is a one-way connection. Manually download a file from the bank to update your transactions and account balances.
