Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank (RCB) is pleased to announce the hiring of Adrienne Manninen as Assistant Vice President, Branch Service Officer in Wakefield. Adrienne brings with her more than 26 years of experience in retail banking, having started her career as a teller at Wakefield Co-operative Bank. Over the years, she has held roles at small community banks, credit unions, and large corporate institutions.
“We are excited to have Adrienne join us and are looking forward to the positive impact she will make here at Reading Cooperative Bank," Christopher Sylvestre, SVP, Branch Administrator, commented.
Adrienne comes to RCB from The Savings Bank, where she was the Wakefield Branch Manager for over five years. While her experience is extensive in banking, Adrienne has always felt most connected to community banking drawn by its generosity, close-knit relationships, and unwavering support from local neighbors.
A lifelong resident of Wakefield, Adrienne was born and raised in town and is now raising her two children there as well. Her family has long standing ties to the community, with her father having served as a police officer in Wakefield, and her mother having worked as a dental hygienist. Adrienne attended Wakefield Public Schools through middle school and graduated from Our Lady of Nazareth Academy, formerly located in Wakefield.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Adrienne is deeply involved in the community. She enjoys gardening, attending concerts, walking her dog, and participating in local events. She is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and finds fulfillment in supporting the success of both clients and teammates.
“I am excited to join the RCB team and continue my career in my hometown,” Manninen said. “I love Wakefield and the families that live here and cannot wait to help customers, both current and new, reach their financial goals.”
