Sasha DiPietro is a Mortgage Loan Officer. She has been with RCB for 15 years, having worked in several of the branches where she assisted customers as a Teller and a Banking Specialist II. In 2015, Sasha joined our Residential Lending Team. She graduated from the New England School of Financial Studies (NESFS) in July of 2023, which was hosted by the Massachusetts Bankers Association at Babson College. Sasha has been a member of Reading Rotary since 2022 and currently serves on their Board of Directors. Sasha resides in Haverhill and enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and son.

Jessica Glezellis is Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer. Jessica came to RCB from Direct Federal Credit Union, where she served as their Business Development Officer. Jessica has 15 years of experience working in the financial industry in various areas including retail, marketing, and business development. Jessica graduated from UMass Boston with a BS in Marketing and Business Management. In 2022, Jessica became a member of the Reading Rotary. Jessica resides in Stoneham with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Haris Dervisevic is Assistant Vice President and the Branch Service Officer in Reading and Burlington. He came to RCB from Brookline Bank, where he spent 10 years in various roles. Haris has over 15 years of retail experience that includes consumer banking, small business banking, and all different types of lending. He lives in Malden with his significant other and three-year-old daughter, Leila. Haris enjoys spending time in the city with his family, cooking, going out to restaurants with family and friends, and playing soccer.
