Peter Chetkin is Assistant Vice President and the Branch Service Officer in Melrose. He has 20 years of Retail Banking experience. Peter comes to RCB from North Shore Bank, where he held various roles. His expertise in residential home lending comes from his time as a Mortgage Loan Officer. His other areas of expertise include financial literacy, credit building, and wealth management.  Prior to entering banking, Peter was the co-owner of a group of restaurants in Boston and Cambridge. Peter resides in Melrose with his wife and son. He enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and relaxing at the beach.

Sasha DiPietro is a Mortgage Loan Officer. She has been with RCB for 15 years, having worked in several of the branches where she assisted customers as a Teller and a Banking Specialist II. In 2015, Sasha joined our Residential Lending Team. She graduated from the New England School of Financial Studies (NESFS) in July of 2023, which was hosted by the Massachusetts Bankers Association at Babson College. Sasha has been a member of Reading Rotary since 2022 and currently serves on their Board of Directors. Sasha resides in Haverhill and enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and son.

Shanna Cahalane is SVP, Chief Communications & Community Strategy Officer at RCB, where she oversees the bank's marketing communications, public relations, and community relations activities. Shanna has received the inaugural Emerging Leader Award from the American Bankers Association for her commitment to excellence in the banking industry and community service, emphasizing the need for future leaders to drive industry success.

In addition to her role at RCB, Shanna serves as President of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Boston Stage Company, is an Advisory Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence and is the Past President of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce. She holds a master’s degree in communications management from the Simmons University School of Management, is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking and has completed the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Shanna is also a proud member of Leads, a cross-sectoral leadership program focused on civic engagement and social responsibility. She lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with her husband, Michael, and their twin girls.
