Lala Cronin is the AVP, Branch Service Officer at our Lynnfield Branch. Lala joined Reading Cooperative Bank with 14 years of experience in the financial industry. Her passion is providing sound financial guidance to customers and building lasting relationships. She is an alumna of Seattle University, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Management. 

Active in her community, Lala serves as a Board Member for A Better Chance – Andover, volunteers reviewing foster care cases for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Children and Families, supports Lawrence Community Works as a banking liaison, and sits on the Executive Leadership Committee for the Alzheimer's Association, helping raise awareness and support across the Merrimack Valley and North Shore.

Originally from Huntington Beach, CA, Lala moved to Andover in 2018, where she’s a proud and active mom to two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family - whether relaxing at home - swimming, fishing, hiking, glamping, or playing sports. She’s also an avid shopper and traveler, with hopes to visit Paris and Italy.

While Lala may be West Coast by birth, she’s a proud Boston sports fan - though her favorite team will always be the Green Bay Packers (we try not to hold it against her).

Maureen is Vice President, Mortgage Loan Officer. She has over 30 years of lending experience. Through her various leadership roles, she’s developed a vast knowledge of the trends and needs present in the home buying market. Her commitment to providing clients the highest level of service has allowed strong relationships to form with homeowners who have become her friends over the years. As a North Shore native, she is passionate about the communities she serves, ensuring her customers’ needs are met while helping the North Shore flourish.

Kerry Ranieri is Vice President, Community Banking & Development Officer. She has over 23 years of experience in retail banking and customer service. Before joining RCB, Kerry was an AVP, Branch Manager at Coastal Heritage Bank, an Assistant Branch Manager and Loan Processor at Equitable Bank, and, prior to that, a Customer Service Representative and Teller at Eastern Bank. She has fostered many personal and business relationships within the Nahant and Lynn community. Kerry lives in Lynn with her husband, Chris, and their two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends while living life with a smile on her face.

Christopher Dias serves as Vice President, Treasury Management Officer, at Reading Cooperative Bank, where he brings over a decade of banking and financial services experience. Most recently, Christopher comes from Enterprise Bank where he spent twelve years as a Branch Manager and SVP, Cash Management Advisor. With a strong passion for helping clients improve operational efficiency, Christopher oversees a portfolio of treasury management clients and develops new business relationships. He works closely with businesses to streamline their treasury operations, delivering tailored solutions that support growth and financial success.

Chris holds a bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), accredited by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). In addition, he is an active member of the New England Association for Financial Professionals.

A dedicated community member, Christopher currently serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Cambodian Mutual Assistance Association. He also spent many years as a member/President of the Rotary Club of Tyngsboro/Dunstable and dedicated five years as a youth travel basketball coach in Tyngsboro.

Originally from Lawrence, MA, and raised in Derry, NH, Christopher now resides in Pelham, NH, with his supportive and loving wife Ashley, their amazing daughter, and their sidekick dog.
