Raised Line large Print Checks
Large print raised line sight checks allow for easy reading and check writing and can be oriented by touch. Available to order online, by phone or at your nearest Reading Cooperative Bank Branch.
Enlarged processed check images
Upon request, we can alter the number of images displayed per page. Images will get larger with the reduction in the number of images per page. To request this free service, call 781-942-5000 during business hours or visit a Reading Cooperative Bank branch.

Be sure to include the deposit account information, as well as the total amount of deposit. Once processed, we will send receipt of deposit to the address on file.
Telephone Banking Services
There are several telephone banking options to make managing your finances more convenient:
Bank by Phone: Call 888-469-4441 to access your account information and conduct transactions 24/7 with this easy-to-follow automated system available in English and Spanish.
Live customer service: Help is available during business hours at 781-942-5000.
TTY and Telecommunications Relay Services: Callers may contact RCB through TTY (Text Telephone) or other Operator Assisted Relay services. Dial your preferred Telecommunications Relay Service and connect to RCB toll free at 800-698-6962.
All of our ATMs are accessible to customers with disabilities.
Audio capability: Access in English by plugging in a standard headset – you'll be guided through your transaction while the screen appears blank. A Braille sticker on all ATMs directs vision-impaired customers to the audio jack.
Design features: All ATMs provide height and reach requirements to support wheelchair accessibility and are compliant with ADA guidelines.
Our locations are designed with accessibility and convenience in mind:
- All branches are in the process of featuring accessible doors, vestibules and ATMs.
- Retrofitting of older branches to enhance accessibility is an ongoing effort.
- At least one parking space is reserved for customers with disabilities.
- Extended evening and weekend hours provide added time and convenience.
