Federal Employee Loan Program

Our Federal Shutdown Emergency Loan is powered by Emloan and provides support to RCB customers who work for the Federal Government and were not paid during the government shutdown.
- Term: 90 days or 15 days after shutdown.

- Maximum funds available is $10,000 per employee.
- Federal employees can borrow up to two times net biweekly pay, which is the equivalent of one month's salary.
- The application requires your last two paystubs prior to the shutdown and a license photo.
When completing the application, type in "Federal Government" in the employer field. Once the application is approved, a Statement Savings Account will be opened for you, or you can authorize a deposit into your existing RCB account.
