Anthony J. Patti is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the areas of Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Treasury, Subsidiaries, and Facilities.
Prior to joining RCB, Anthony was a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Medford Cooperative Bank and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Revere Federal Savings Bank. His duties at both institutions included: Asset/Liability Management, Regulatory and SEC reporting, Strategic Planning, and Information Technology and Security.
Anthony is currently a member of the Legal and Regulatory Compliance Committee of the Massachusetts Bankers Association and a past member of the Mass Bankers Association Federal Liaison Committee. In 2022, Anthony was recognized as a CFO of the Year by the Boston Business Journal.
In addition to a BA in Economics from Framingham State College and an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University, Anthony has also attended various educational programs offered by the Massachusetts Bankers Association and is a graduate of The Senior Leadership Institute of the American Bankers Association. He is a former resident of Methuen and now resides in Derry, New Hampshire.
Maxine Hart is Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer. Her responsibilities include creating and maintaining strong and motivated teams of employees that demonstrate the needed skills for the 21st century.
Prior to joining the bank, Maxine was the HR Director at Manet Community Health Center – a network of health centers for the medically underserved on the South Shore. Prior to that, and before moving to the U.S. in 2002, she worked in organizational development and change management for large corporations, government departments and non-profit organizations in Mexico and South Africa. Her work in South Africa included serving as deputy director for staffing in South Africa's first democratic election. She also developed culture change processes for 3,000 personal banking division employees at South Africa's third largest financial institution.
Maxine earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa and her Masters in Adult Education and Community Development from the University of Manchester, UK. She also holds a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a Trained Mediator. Maxine lives in Newton with her husband, James Smith, and two children.
Phil Bryan is Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer. Prior to joining RCB, he spent five years as the President/CEO of The Cooperative Bank and was the EVP/Chief Operating Officer at Georgetown Bank. Over the course of his extensive lending career, Phil served as SVP of Retail & Lending at Metro Credit Union, SVP & Small Business State Manager at TD Bank, VP, Retail Banking at MetroWest Bank, and VP, Business Development Officer at Citizens Bank.
Phil has a BS in Human Resource Management from Southeastern Massachusetts University. In addition, he is certified in Talent Optimization from the Predictive Index. Phil is currently a member of The Central Parkway YMCA’s Board of Advisors. In the past, Phil has served on the American Bankers Association’s Mutual Institutions Council and the Asian Center for Merrimack Valley’s Board of Directors as Treasurer. Phil lives in Dedham, MA with his wife, Wendy, and three sons.
Marianela Vazquez is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Marianela is accountable for ensuring quality and security in all the bank’s operating functions.
Prior to joining RCB, Marianela spent two decades delivering SaaS solutions in the financial services space. The last five years were dedicated to the delivery and service of Numerated Growth Technologies’ Digital Loan Origination system to community banks and credit unions. Before joining Numerated, Marianela spent time with Fidelity, State Street Wealth, and SunGard Wealth Management (prior to its acquisition by FIS), where she leveraged a combination of her strategic leadership skills and passion for driving cross functional execution to build relationships, processes, teams, and organizations.
Marianela is an avid fan of operational excellence, focused on ensuring outcomes are measured, and believes in constantly evaluating processes based on those outcomes.
Marianela graduated from Lasell University with a MS in Management and Bentley University with a BS in Managerial Economics. She was recognized by the Women We Admire publication as one of MA Top 50 Women Leaders. Marianela lives in Billerica, MA with her two daughters and is an active Cheer and Gymnastics Mom as well as a Religious Ed Teacher at Immaculate Conception Church in Lowell, MA. Most recently Marianela was appointed to the Board of Directors of the United Teen Equality Center, serving Lowell, Lawrence and Haverhill communities.
Shanna Cahalane

Shanna Cahalane is Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing & Community Development, responsible for overseeing RCB's marketing communications, public relations, and community relations activities. Shanna is President of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Boston Stage Company, an Advisory Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence and the Past President of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce. Shanna holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the Simmons University School of Management, is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and has completed the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with her husband, Michael, and their twin girls.
Teresa Cunha is Vice President, Branch Administrator, and is responsible for the overall operation of all RCB branches, including sales and customer service. She also acts as the liaison between retail staff and the bank’s back-office operations and Chief Operating Officer. Teresa has 29 years of banking experience and has held positions at several local banks. She has a license to sell life insurance in Massachusetts and is a notary public. Jose specializes in CRE (commercial real estate), C&I (business) loans, and numerous bank products, including cash management and deposit accounts. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial and banking fields. He is involved with various community organizations and boards, including The Professional Center for Child Development in Andover, the NECC Foundation Board at Northern Essex Community College, a member of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce member, and a volunteer with the Town of Salem, NH Ski Club. Jose is also a member of the ABA Commercial Real Estate Lending Committee.
Jose holds a BA in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and an MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. He has also obtained a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a leadership certificate from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. In his free time, Jose enjoys golfing, skiing, coaching girls' volleyball, and spending time with his family.
John DaLomba is Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He started his banking career at Sovereign Bank as a Financial Analyst before being promoted to Portfolio Manager. He moved to Webster Five Cents Savings Bank where he spend over sixteen years. By the end of his tenure at Webster Five, he was responsible for several departments and had the title of Director of the Credit, Collections and Loan Servicing.
John has a BS in Physics from Rhode Island College and an MBA from Bryant University. John has been involved in several organizations including Junior Achievement. He's also served as Loan Executive for the United Way and is a member of the Finance Committee for the Town of Uxbridge. John currently lives in Sutton, MA where he enjoys running, having completed several marathons.
Lisa DiGregorio is Vice President, Loan Servicing Manager, managing all aspects of residential and commercial loan servicing. Before joining RCB, Lisa spent over four years at Wakefield Cooperative Bank as AVP, Loan Servicing. Prior to that, she worked at East Boston Savings Bank as a Loan Servicing Officer. Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry with a concentration in loan servicing. Lisa lives on the North Shore. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Jessica Glezellis is Vice President, Cash Management Officer. Jessica came to RCB from Direct Federal Credit Union, where she served as their Business Development Officer. Jessica has 15 years of experience working in the financial industry in various areas including retail, marketing, and business development. Jessica graduated from UMass Boston with a BS in Marketing and Business Management. In 2022, Jessica became a member of the Reading Rotary. Jessica resides in Stoneham with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Larry Keenan is Vice President of Deposit Operations and Cash Management, responsible for overseeing the administration of all personal deposit accounts and business cash management products at RCB. He has 25 years of similar banking experience, including 17 years at First Federal Savings Bank of Boston and eight years at Saugusbank as Vice President of Retail Banking. Larry holds a BS in accounting from Boston College and an MS in finance from Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Business Administration. He lives in Ayer with his wife, Marianne, and enjoys golf, music, and cooking.
Herbert Mason is Vice President, Talent Development & Training Manager, and is responsible for overseeing the integrated talent management strategy at RCB. He has over 22 years of learning and development experience in retail banking, including 12 years at Bank of America and 10 years at Middlesex Savings Bank. Herbert is a constant learner, holding several certifications through the Association of Talent Development in Learning Program Management and Integrated Talent Management while also being a Certified Emotional Intelligence Instructor.
Herbert is a graduate of The New England School of Financial Studies at Babson, holds an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice, and is in the final stages of completing his Bachelor of Science in Business with a Human Resource Management Certificate. He plans to continue pursuing his Masters in Adult Education & Training.
Herbert volunteers at the Discovery Museum in Acton where he participates on the HR task force and supports the museum's staff and leadership. In his free time, he enjoys painting, gardening, and spending time outside with his family. Herbert lives in Pepperell with his wife Jennifer and his two daughters, Noah & Finley.
Veronica Russo is Vice President, Residential and Consumer Lending, and has been with RCB for over 23 years, having first started as a teller and customer service representative. Veronica moved from retail into lending, where she became AVP and Senior Underwriter of the Residential Lending team. From there, she graduated to VP of Residential and Consumer Lending. Veronica has spent her entire adult career in the banking and finance industry. Veronica resides in Peabody, MA. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, skiing, ice skating, four-wheeling, and visiting her children and grandchildren in New York.
Trevor Soucy is Vice President, Project Manager, and is responsible for managing key RCB initiatives. He has 23 years of experience in the financial industry in various areas including client services, business analysis, and project management. Trevor holds a BA in Biochemistry from Clark University. He lives in Revere with his wife, Jane, and enjoys photography, flying, diving, and traveling.
Derric Souza is Assistant Vice President, Controller. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth with a degree in Finance. He is a lifelong resident of Gloucester, where he lives with his wife and three children. Derric enjoys spending time on his boat in the summer and playing hockey on his backyard rink in the winter.
Karen Tavernese is Vice President, Compliance Officer, responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable banking laws and regulations and for assisting in the development, coordination, and oversight of the bank-wide compliance program. Karen works closely with bank management and staff to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the bank’s adherence to those policies and procedures. Karen joined RCB in 2001, as a Branch Manager charged with opening our North Reading Office before being promoted as Compliance Officer in 2014, she has also served as the bank’s BSA Officer. Karen has more than 25 years banking experience and is a member of the Eastern Massachusetts Compliance Network. Karen lives on the North Shore with her husband, Salvatore, and their two children.

Forest Wallace is Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology and Bank Security Officer, responsible for planning, developing, and overseeing all of RCB’s technology needs. His 20 years of experience come from a combination of IT leadership roles at local banks and positions at information security and technology companies. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Western New England University. In addition to his work at RCB, Forest races sailboats, which he’s been doing since age seven, is the Chairman of Special Funds at the Mystic Valley Masonic Lodge in Arlington. Forest currently lives in Andover with his wife and three children.

Debra Berube is the Branch Manager in Burlington. She has over 25 years of retail banking experience. Debra came to RCB from Brookline Bank, where she spent 15 years as a Branch Manager in the Burlington Market. Debra has experience with both small business and consumer banking and has built many relationships within the Burlington community. Her experience also includes consumer and small business lending.
Debra lives in Dracut with her two children and dogs. She enjoys family time, yoga, gardening, and relaxing at the beach.
Nicole is Assistant Vice President and Branch Service Officer at the Haven Street Branch in Reading. She came to RCB from having an extensive background in Retail and Financial Services. Nicole has over 21 years of retail management experience that includes, sales, service, consumer banking, small business banking, lending, and community involvement. She lives in North Andover with her significant other and his two teenage children. Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her family, attending concerts, travelling, and is an avid beach goer.

Nick Iudiciani is Assistant Vice President and Branch Service Officer in North Reading. He has been in banking for 13 years. He lives in North Reading with his wife, Ashley, sons, Wesley and Leo, and dog, Ezio. In his free time, Nick enjoys hiking and cooking. He is also a huge movie buff and an avid Batman fan. Nick has a great love for gaming and loves to play Zelda and Mario with his kids.
Maria Laboy is the Branch Manager in Lawrence. Maria came to RCB from Peoples United Bank, where she served as a Branch Manager. Prior to her time at People’s United, Maria was a Branch Manager at Santander Bank. Maria holds a certificate in Managing Human Resources from NECC and is currently a member of the Lawrence Rotary Club and Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. Maria graduated from UMass Lowell with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Marketing. She lives in North Andover and enjoys spending time with her son and traveling to new countries.
Judy Langill is Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager at Reading Memorial High School. She has held many roles in the Banking Industry for the past 22 years with the last 15 concentrated in education and financial literacy. Judy’s passionate about giving students the tools necessary to achieve financial success. She’s a “people person” and loves working with communities to assist the needs of others. When not at work, Judy is usually spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. She resides in Newburyport with her husband Ron and has two children and five grandchildren all living nearby and keeping her entertained and busy.

Olga has over 15 years of retail experience that includes consumer banking, small business banking, and all different types of lending. Prior to that, he spent time at Workers Credit Union and Eastern Bank. He lives in Lawrence with his two kids, Dorie and Levi. In his free time, he enjoys working out, writing, comedy, movies (watches Goodfellas whenever it's on), and spending time with family and friends. He has a passionate dislike of arugula and cotton candy. In high school, Talleeb won a small theater scholarship for his work and efforts in a creative writing class.

She specializes in consumer banking, small business lending, and business development. Maria has a tremendous passion for volunteering at local community events within the communities she serves. Hope Stone is Assistant Vice President and Branch Service Officer at the Lowell Street Branch in Wilmington. She has over 17 years of retail banking experience. Hope came to RCB from Coastal Heritage Bank and, previously, Equitable Cooperative Bank. She has built many relationships within the Lynn community. Hope lives locally and enjoys curling up with a good Stephen King book.
Theresa Vardinski is the Branch Manager at Northeast Metro Tech in Wakefield. She has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry. She started working at a local bank as a senior in high school. She has worked in different areas off the banking industry throughout her banking career, including retail, accounting and compliance at both large and community banks. She lives in North Reading with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, especially to Old Orchard Beach, Maine in the summertime.
Maureen is a Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer with over 30 years of lending experience. Through her various leadership roles, she’s developed a vast knowledge of the trends and needs present in the home buying market. Her commitment to providing clients the highest level of service has allowed strong relationships to form with homeowners who have become her friends over the years. As a North Shore native, she is passionate about the communities she serves, ensuring her customers’ needs are met while helping the North Shore flourish.
Sasha DiPietro is a Mortgage Loan Officer. She has been with RCB for 12 years, having worked in several of the branches where she assisted customers as a Teller and a Banking Specialist II. In 2015, Sasha joined our Residential Lending Team. In 2022, Sasha became a member of the Reading Rotary. Sasha currently resides in Haverhill and enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband and son.

Christopher “Chris" Kuchar is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Chris came to RCB after teaching Accounting and Financial Literacy for the 2020-2021 school year at Malden Catholic High School. Chris has over 25 years of experience in the retail and commercial banking industry. He began his lending career at Banknorth and later became a commercial lender at Lawrence Savings Bank (a.k.a RiverBank). Chris then moved to Beverly Bank, where he became Team Leader of its lending department, overseeing the lending process for its lending team and senior management. Chris graduated from Salem State College with a BS in English and a Minor in Sports Management. Chris resides in Plaistow, NH with his wife and two children. In his free time, he coaches youth sports and enjoys golfing and cooking. Chris has been a high school hockey coach for over 20 years, coaching in Haverhill, North Andover, Amesbury, and Andover. He is currently the Head Coach at Malden Catholic High School.
Hong Xie is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Hong has over 21 years of commercial banking experience. He has held various positions with several commercial banks in the Boston area, including Coastal Heritage Bank, Bank of America, Citizens Bank, Santander Bank, and East West Bank. Hong is also active on local community development. He is the Executive Director and Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Lynn and actively engages with the Greater Lynn Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Xie lives in Lexington with his wife and two children.
Maria Molettieri is the Client Relationship Manager at Lumen Wealth Management (as well as Gino's sister!). Maria joined Gino's practice in 2008. She manages all day-to-day operations and account services for clients. Always ready to provide top-notch client service, Maria has become known as the pulse of Lumen Wealth Management. From getting new clients' accounts established and online to helping existing clients with servicing needs, Maria will work hard and with a smile until all is in order. When away from the office, Maria enjoys spending time with family and friends and trying new restaurants.
Shanna Cahalane
SVP, Director of Marketing & Community Development
Shanna Cahalane is Senior Vice President, Director of Marketing & Community Development, responsible for overseeing RCB's marketing communications, public relations, and community relations activities. Shanna is President of the Board of Trustees of the Greater Boston Stage Company, an Advisory Board Member of the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence and the Past President of the Reading-North Reading Chamber of Commerce. Shanna holds a Master’s Degree in Communications Management from the Simmons University School of Management, is a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and has completed the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Belmont, Massachusetts with her husband, Michael, and their twin girls.
Gladys Martinez is Vice President, Community Banking & Development Officer. She has been in Banking for 30 years, having worked in the industry since high school. Gladys is bilingual and has spent much of her professional career serving communities that are largely Hispanic. Gladys, herself, is of Hispanic descent and speaks Spanish at home to communicate with her parents. In her spare time, Gladys loves gardening and spinning. She Lives in Haverhill with her husband, Jose, and three kids, Nicholas, Mathieu and Destiny.
Kerry Ranieri is Assistant Vice President, Community Banking & Development Officer. She has over 23 years of experience in retail banking and customer service. Before joining RCB, Kerry was an AVP, Branch Manager at Coastal Heritage Bank, an Assistant Branch Manager and Loan Processor at Equitable Bank, and, prior to that, a Customer Service Representative and Teller at Eastern Bank. She has fostered many personal and business relationships within the Nahant and Lynn community. Kerry lives in Lynn with her husband, Chris, and their two sons. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends while living life with a smile on her face.
Danny Walbourne is Assistant Vice President, Community Banking & Development Officer. He came to Reading Cooperative Bank with several years of branch banking experience. Danny was formerly the Manager at the bank’s Reading location. In 2017, Danny was promoted to Assistant Vice President at Reading Cooperative. Danny has also been instrumental in helping to develop the bank’s presence in the communities of Burlington and Woburn. He’s currently a member of both the Woburn Business Association and Woburn Rotary Club.
