FRAUD ALERT: We have received reports that scammers are impersonating Reading Cooperative Bank and other banks, including spoofing telephone numbers, in an attempt to gain access to users' accounts or other personal information.

If you are contacted by someone requesting your online banking credentials such as your user ID, password, or account number, please hang up immediately and contact your bank directly. Remember that RCB will never call and ask for your username, password, or account number, and you should never share your online passwords.

If you received a call from someone you believe is impersonating Reading Cooperative Bank, please hang up and call the number on the back of your debit card to speak to customer service. We may need to use some personal information about you to verify your identity.
