RCB Hands Out Service Awards to Employees

Reading, MA – In 2020, numerous Reading Cooperative Bank (RCB) employees were recognized for their years of service. The awards were delivered virtually during the bank’s quarterly stakeholders meeting.

“This organization is blessed with a committed team that makes the difference every day for bank customers and the community, as evidenced so richly this year during the pandemic,” remarked Julieann Thurlow, President & CEO of RCB.

Recognized for 25 years of service was Elena Dlunieski, while Dawn Moran, Banking Specialist II, was handed an award for her 30 years of service.

Acknowledged for 15 years of services was Caitlin Adams, Banking Specialist II, and Patty Lascola, Assistant Branch Manager. Recently retired Judy Hildreth, former Assistant Treasurer/Controller, earned a service award for her 20 years of service.

Acknowledged for their five years of service was Ann Duffy, AVP/Credit Officer, Nick Iudiciani, North Reading Branch Manager, Michelle Nunez, Banking Specialist II, Karley Witham, Banking Specialist II, and Kara Worthington, VP, Senior HR Generalist. Rewarded for her 10 years of experience was Elizabeth Thompson, Deposit Operations Supervisor.
