Reading Cooperative Bank Makes Charitable Donation to the Burlington Council on Aging

Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank is proud to announce its recent donation to the Burlington Council on Aging. The donation was made in order to support the hard work and philanthropic effort that is done by the BCOA. It is these type of donations that allow them to provide extensive support to local seniors.

“The Burlington Council on Aging is a great program that Reading Cooperative Bank is glad to be able to support. RCB strongly values the role that seniors play in local communities and is committed to investing in organizations such as Burlington Council on Aging.”  Burlington Branch Manager Ryan Wolters.

The Burlington Council on Aging has been in action for over 40 years with multiple programs, and states that they “provide a fuller way of life for seniors sixty and over.” Not only is the focus on fuller lives, but healthy lives as well. Allowing seniors to have an opportunity to continue to be active members of the community and thrive in social settings with different opportunities. Bringing together elderly members of the community and offering support to those in need throughout the area is and will continue to be the goal of the Burlington Council of Aging.
