Reading Cooperative Bank Promotes Crystal Hodson to Bank Secrecy Act Analyst

March 3, Reading, MA  - Reading Cooperative Bank recently promoted Crystal Hodson from Assistant Branch Manager to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Analyst. In this new role, Crystal will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering regulatory requirements.   Crystal will also assist in administering the Bank’s on-line compliance training program.

“I am excited to take on this new position; since I have been here, the bank has been continually growing and I love being able to do my part in its expansion. I’m eager to bring my prior expertise to a new position in a field that I enjoy and at a place that I love working. I can’t wait to start in my new position and have the opportunity to grow and expand my career,” says Hodson.

Crystal joined RCB in 2011 as a Banking Specialist in the Reading Office. She later transferred to the Woburn Office, and shortly after that was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager.

"I am delighted to have Crystal join our team.  Her background and experience with Reading Cooperative Bank make her an excellent fit in this role”, says Karen Tavernese, Assistant Vice President, Compliance Officer.
