Reading Cooperative Bank Promotes Amy Van Magness to Cash Management Specialist

April 9, Reading, MA - Reading Cooperative Bank recently promoted Amy Van Magness from her position as a Banking Specialist to Cash Management Specialist. In this new role, Amy will work within Deposit Operations to create a link between the department’s product offerings and the business needs of customers. Amy will also serve as a resource to clients to make sure that their treasury management and business needs are met.

“I am excited to take on this newly created position within the bank.  I am looking forward to combining my retail banking experience and finance background to help our business customers meet all of their Cash Management needs,” says Van Magness.

Amy has been with Reading Cooperative Bank for three years. She started at the Reading Branch as a Banking Specialist, where she trained new Banking Specialists, gave tours to local Boy and Girl Scout Troops and provided support to the RMHS Branch as needed.

“I am very pleased to have Amy join the Reading Cooperative Bank Cash Management team. Amy will consult with business customers and make cost-benefit driven recommendations that are aimed at automating and streamlining their internal financial processes,” Larry Keenan, Vice President, Deposit Operations.
