.READING, MA - Reading Co-operative Bank has named Terrence Bane as one of its newest Directors. Bane joins the board with over thirty years of experience in small business management, marketing and sales.

.Bane currently resides in Stoneham, MA with his wife. Together they have three children and four grandchildren. He has served as President on the Meadow Brook Golf Club Board of Directors and as a member of the Benjamin Moore & Co. National Retailer Advisory Board.
