Reading Co-operative Bank Welcomes Rumana Alam as a Banking Specialist II

READING, MA- Reading Co-operative Bank has recently hired Rumana Alam as a Banking Specialist II in their Reading office at 180 Haven Street. The role of a Banking Specialist II is to assist customers with account openings and transactions, as well as to oversee the referral of other products and services offered by the bank to customers.
“I enjoy working at Reading Co-operative Bank. It’s a small community bank where I can build a strong relationship with all of our customers and help them with their banking needs,” says Alam.
“I'm very pleased to welcome Rumana to the Reading office. Rumana is a quick learner and brings with her over 10 years banking experience. She's a great addition to the staff,” says Sandy Convery, Branch Manager of RCB’s Reading office.
Prior to her position with RCB, Alam worked as a Head Teller and Sales and Service Representative (SSR) at The First National Bank of Ipswich. She currently resides in Malden, MA.
