Reading Co-operative Bank Welcomes Bryan Greenbaum as Senior Vice President-Retail Banking and a Member of Senior Management

READING, MA- Julieann M. Thurlow, President and CEO of Reading Co-operative Bank, announced today that Bryan Greenbaum of Swampscott has joined the Bank’s Senior Management Team as its Senior Vice President – Retail Banking. In this newly created role, Mr. Greenbaum will be responsible for overseeing all of RCB’s retail banking activities, including branch staff and activity, increasing customer satisfaction, managing successful service delivery, expanding product offerings, inspiring employee engagement, and more.

Mr. Greenbaum has extensive experience in managing banking retail sales, operations, team building, and staff development. He brings with him impressive knowledge of sales, service and customer satisfaction. He joins Reading Co-operative Bank most recently from Central Bank, where he held the position of Senior Vice President/Retail Banking and managed the performance and profitability of its Retail Branch Network, Internet Banking, Marketing, and Non-Deposit Investment Program. Prior to his position there, he held a similar role at Abington Savings Bank, a dynamic 20- branch community bank, and has also worked for other community banks in this market area.
