Dress Down. Do Good.
.For as long as we’ve been in the banking business, we’ve also been in the business of helping the communities that we serve.
.One fun way employees raise money for local causes is having Dress Down Days:
.On the first Friday of every month, and every Friday in November and December, employees can step out of their normal business attire and dress casually, in exchange for a $5 donation. The Reading Cooperative Charitable Foundation then matches those donations, and employees bank-wide vote for the charities in their community they want to support with the funds. At holiday time, local food pantries and toy drives in Andover, Burlington, Reading, North Reading, Wilmington and Woburn benefit from casual Fridays at RCB!
.These are just some of the causes we will be supporting in 2017:
Wilmington Education Foundation (Wilmington)
Council for Social Concern (Woburn)
Tower Hill Tenant Association (Burlington)
Eliot Community Human Services (towns where RCB has a branch)
Class (North Reading)
Understanding Disabilities (Reading)
Food Pantries (towns where RCB has a branch)
