RCB Welcomes Jason Melo as Information Security Analyst
Reading, MA – Reading Cooperative Bank (RCB) is happy to introduce Jason Melo as the new Information Security Analyst. Jason will be the point person for the security of information systems and associated data, spearheading the bank’s quality assurance and analysis efforts. Jason comes to us with 14 years of IT industry experience. Most recently, Jason was the IT Manager at GenArts, Inc. in Cambridge, MA. Prior to his time at GenArts, Jason worked as an IT Administrator at Everyscape, Inc., where he managed production IT systems on three continents. In recent years, Jason has spent time as an independent IT consultant and business owner.
In 2005, Jason graduated, magna cum laude, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). Later, in 2009, Jason obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. By June of 2010, Jason was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an Attorney-at-Law. Jason went on to become a Certified Information Systems Security Professional in March of 2017. When he’s not in the office, Jason enjoys watching movies, going to concerts, discussing politics, and participating in outdoor activities.
