Reading Co-operative Bank Donates to North Reading Council of Aging
READING, MA - The Reading Co-operative Charitable Foundation has donated to the North Reading Council of Aging to support the council’s annual Thanksgiving Dinner.
The objective of the North Reading Council of Aging is to help the elderly of North Reading safely age in a place with dignity and independence in the homes and in the community which they helped build. The council also advocates for the elderly by helping to meet their needs in areas of health, economic, social and cultural welfare.
“RCB is proud to help support this wonderful tradition. Seniors of North Reading have the opportunity to enjoy a Thanksgiving Dinner and entertainment. What a wonderful way to say "Thank You" and to recognize the generation that has built this community,” says Nancy Brown, Branch Manager at RCB’s North Reading location.
